Senior Administration Officer - Endoscopy

To provide an efficient, responsive appointment booking and administrative service to patientsattending the Endoscopy Unit in accordance with Departmental and Trust guidelines, policies andprocedures., 1. To welcome, receive and greet all visitors to the area, providing the first point of contact for all service users, dealing with and resolving routine enquiries and take appropriate action as necessary liaising with others as appropriate.

2. Responsible for implementing, updating and maintaining both manual and electronic systems

3. and databases according to Trust policies and procedures.

4. Be responsible for dealing with all calls received in a professional manner, ensuring telephone standards are met.

5.
