Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic administrator to join the core administration team at Lees Brook Academy. This is a really exciting opportunity that will suit someone who is looking to work in a busy office environment at the heart of the Academy.

To be successful you will have experience of using your own initiative to provide administrative support, with a keen interest in developing your skills in this area. The desired candidate will be able to multitask effectively to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to deadlines. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, and with a positive and proactive attitude. You'll be able to handle a variety of tasks and working effectively within a geographically distributed team and be able to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion. The responsibilities of the role can vary to support other members within the team so the right candidate for this role will be flexible and adaptable to change. This role will come with the exciting opportunity to undertake a Business Administration qualification via an apprenticeship upon a successful probation period.

Archway Learning Trust, previously Bluecoat Academies Trust was formed in April 2014 as a result of the very long and successful history of Bluecoat Academy. We welcomed three further secondary schools in Derby to the Trust in 2021 and opened Lees Brook Academy, a secondary Free School in Nottingham in September 2021.
