Full Job Description

+ Responsible for the delivery of technical and administrative support to the Head of Occupational Health and professional teams within the Occupational Health & Wellbeing department based at Harrogate Hospital and other locations where OH services are delivered. They are required to act autonomously ensuring that daily tasks and ongoing workloads are prioritised and completed within agreed time frames
+ Responsible for the operational management of all data systems , both electronic and paper based in use in the Occupational Health Department (OHD) ensuring accuracy and compatibility with other databases and paper systems within the NHS and with our customers. A highly developed technical knowledge of Occupational Health, is required to make best use of the data systems in order to report activity and incident reporting data for board reports and other purposes in a timely and effective manner.
+ To supervise the day to day work of the administrative team, prioritising workload and ensuring that appropriate administrative systems and processes are in place to deliver key department and Trust workforce objectives within pre-arranged timeframes. The portfolio includes maintenance of the SEQOHS accreditation and other projects (as directed), ensuring that all reporting is achieved on time.
+ Preparation and distribution of relevant reports such as OHD activity
