Child and Family Health Devon (CFHD) have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our friendly Single Point of Access (SPA) Team at Capital Court, EXETER.
Our Senior Administrator will have a key role in call handling and mailbox management as well as referral management within our clinical system and providing general administrative and organisational support for the wider business support function.
This is a permanent, PART time position (26.25 hours/3.5 days per week) with all the usual benefits offered by the NHS., o Providing excellent customer service by responding to incoming telephone and email queries in a timely and accurate way
o Use of electronic systems
o Preparation of electronic and paper files
o Assisting with reporting and compilation of data
o Processing incoming referrals to specific teams
o Producing outcome and appointment letters
o Booking of clinical appointments

CFHD provides integrated care and treatment for children and young people across physical and mental health which are provided by Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust and Devon Partnership Trust.

CFHD works closely with our local universities of Plymouth, Exeter & the Peninsula Medical School where we support students in clinical training placements and in addition support our own staff to undertake post graduate training.
