Full Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Administrator. This role will provide support to the Podiatry Head of Service and also line management and supervision to a small team of administrators. This crucial role includes day-to-day operational troubleshooting and requires a solution-focused approach.

The successful candidate will be supported and managed by the Administration Manager, whom they will work closely with to embed and sustain processes across services and manage administrative functions to support effective patient care/delivery.

The post-holder will need proven line management experience, good written and verbal communication, strong IT skills, inter-personal and administration skills with the ability to work flexibly within a challenging environment. A proactive can do attitude is required and a commitment to high quality, recognising the benefits of creativity and adaptability in a changing environment.
