Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is organised, and process driven to manage the administrative side of the Joint Emergency Team. You will need to be highly organised to be able to handle scheduling, documentation, data input, resource management and answering the telephone.

We are a lively supportive team who needs someone to keep us in line and on track!

  • Answering the telephone and directing calls appropriately

  • Managing data collection and supporting with the statistical information required for reports

  • Submitting data to deadline

  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings and minute taking

  • Efficiently manage resources and supplies to support the teams operation

  • Managing and supervising other administrative staff

  • Supporting staff to access / deal with issues with IT systems, The admin Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all adminstrative tasks and processes with the Joint Emergency Team

  • To provide administrative support to the team

  • Manage diaries / arrange meetings and take comprehensive minutes of meetings

  • Maintain accurate documentation including statistical information ensuring processes are in place to capture the data required.

  • Resource management - ordering equipment supplies required to ensure the team operation is smooth and seamless

  • Monitor compliance with policy / guidelines / protocols across health and social care

  • Strong communication skills to ensure that communication channels are clear and effective

  • Ability to recognise and resolve administrative problems / issue
