Full Job Description
- The post holder will work for Provide as part of the Children and Young People's SEND Therapy Service within the community: Production of patient records/correspondence.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings for clinical or medical staff.
- Taking minutes of meetings and updating agendas/action logs e.g. team meetings
- Generic office-based duties e.g. photocopying, scanning, emailing reports etc.
- Answering queries, progress chasing, task-related problem solving and resolving issues for clinical/medical staff or patients and providing non-clinical advice or information to others.
- Data inputting into clinical and administrative systems and ensuring data quality/accuracy.
- System Super User.
- Producing standard reports from databases
- Responsible for following standard processes/procedures and contributes to service development through making suggestions at team meetings etc.
- Maintaining working relationships with subcontractors.
- Provide support to senior managers and project work as directed.
- Maintain data quality on the relevant data bases/systems and take appropriate and corrective action.
- Assist with internal audits as and when required.
- Any other tasks as required that are commensurate with the role as delegated by Team Leader., Flexible approach to working patterns/hours and able to cover the service during annual leave and sickness etc. The post holder will be required to travel to training events, meetings or to carry out duties of role. In line with the organisations agile working strategy, there may be requirement to work in spaces other than the listed base including from home.
- Advanced key boarding skills
- Competent IT skills - Microsoft Office including Outlook.
- Previous use of clinical databases and IT systems e.g. SystmOne.
- Ability to organise and plan own workload effectively.
- Ability resolve queries etc competently and to escalate to manager when necessary.
- Understanding of customer service and able to implement effectively.
- Able to use initiative within the framework of standard processes/procedures.

RSA3 or NVQ level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent work-related experience Training in Microsoft Office to Intermediate level.
