Full Job Description

The University of Central Lancashire is looking to recruit a Senior Admissions Officer to join the UK Admissions Team.

The post holder will play a key role in co-ordinating the Admissions process for a range of applicants, from application to enrolment and ensuring compliance with the University's Admissions Policy and Code of Practice and to meet University targets. The post holder will provide advice, guidance and support to applicants on all aspects of the admissions process helping to overcome any barriers to access.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. It is key that you work well under pressure and have an appreciation of business priorities, deadlines, and excellent customer service skills. Applicants must have a strong desire to review and revise processes, provide coaching and development opportunities for their team, and work unsupervised exercising their judgement and initiative. The successful candidate will A 'level or equivalent and 5 GCSE's at Grade C/Grade 4 or above including English and Maths or equivalent, or equivalent experiential learning
