Full Job Description
Reporting to the Admissions Manager, you'll work closely with the team to ensure timely, efficient and confidential handling of admissions processes and provide high-quality support to applicants. This role will allow you to make a significant impact on students' journeys from prospective candidates to successful, matriculated students.,
- Lead and execute the day-to-day operations of the admissions process, including communications, interviews, admissions committees and offer processing for prospective students, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
- Represent the School at open days, information fairs, webinars and applicant induction events, both virtually and in-person. Help to develop the annual recruitment programme in collaboration with the Admissions Manager.
- Design and manage activities to enhance applicant yield and retention, working closely with the Admissions Manager.
- Maintain and update admissions databases, manage technical tools and generate reports for stakeholders, including finance and accreditation bodies.
- Oversee administration for admitted students, including offer letters, payment tracking, visa documentation and financial declarations.

This pivotal role supports the seamless delivery of admissions and recruitment activities across our flagship degree programmes, including the MSc in Financial Economics (MFE), MSc in Law and Finance (MLF) and Doctoral Programmes in Management and Finance., You will have a strong background in research or information-focused roles, particularly in a fundraising or academic setting. You should possess excellent research and communication skills, capable of producing clear, concise reports and working effectively under deadlines. A collaborative team player, you should be adaptable, able to manage both immediate tasks and in-depth projects with attention to detail.
Saïd Business School, Egrove Park, Kennington and Park End Street and Hayes House, Oxford Grade 6: £34,982 - £40,855 per annum pro rata including the Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per annum pro rata - Generous holiday allowance of 38 days including bank holidays
