Full Job Description

Based in our Manchester or London office, with hybrid working from home. The team currently meet in the office once a month.
The Senior Adviser takes a senior role in the delivery of NICE Advice services (e.g. education, insights and advice). This might involve liaising with life sciences companies to understand their needs and scope out bespoke services, triage of complex service requests, presenting technical material at meetings with customers, critically reviewing materials submitted by the customers and preparing reports. The role involves liaising with external experts and briefing the Associate Directors and Director on the details of projects. The role also involves the training of Advisers and Analysts and the supervision of their work on projects. The post holder provides input in their specialist area of work (for example market access, clinical trial design, methods for health technology assessment, health economics or AI/digital) and delivers projects with high standards of customer service and commercial awareness., The post holder will be responsible for:
+ Project delivery of NICE Advice services
+ Leading discussions with clients or external experts on projects
+ Overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including delegating project tasks to colleagues where appropriate
+ Reviewing and finalising project deliverables, ensuring the deliverable is of high technical quality, valid and reliable
+ Responsible for deliverable and timeline, identifying scope for expansion and the need for fee amendments
+ Demonstrating adaptability in terms of accommodating customer requirements and delivering client focussed solutions., NICE Advice provides a fee-based service for developers of health technologies and international organisations. NICE Advice provides a single point of contact within NICE for the life sciences industry to facilitate a clear and simple customer journey from clinical development to market access. We provide advice, insights and education with the ultimate aim of supporting technologies through NICE guidance to reach patients.
