Reporting to the Global Affiliate Group Lead, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and curious Senior Affiliate Executive to join our growing Affiliates team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building meaningful relationships, reporting on campaigns, and supporting the Affiliate team on marketing projects and launches. Therefore, this role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a passion for sports betting and casino, and an understanding of affiliate marketing. As a Senior Affiliate Executive, you will work closely with our Affiliate Manager and the wider Performance Marketing team, managing both internal and external partnerships, ensuring the success of our affiliate program.   • Managing all inbound queries from partners on performance, payments and anything else they might ask.
  • Highlighting new potential opportunities that approach LiveScore brands to create partnerships.
  • Produce regular reports to communicate performance against agreed goals, strategies, and targets.
  • Helping to maintain promotional information available to our partners so they can promote LiveScore brands to their customers.
  • Investigating and uncovering fraudulent affiliate activity on the programme.
  • Proactively recruit new affiliates across the portfolio while building a working relationship of affiliates on the network while increasing performance against acquisition KPI's
  • Familiarise yourself with industry trends and company products to inform program management, while keeping affiliates informed of relevant information.
  • Take a proactive approach in solving issues with assigned affiliates, escalating issues to the appropriate team level when necessary.
  • Monitoring affiliate marketing campaigns and measuring them against strict compliance protocols and guidelines
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with affiliates, vendors and internal teams via email, phone and face-to-face.
  • Regular monitoring and analysis of competitor sites to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.
  • Administrative duties such as communicating new offers, sending tracking links & setting up commission plans.
  • Collaborate with our in-house Creative team to develop effective promotional materials and strategies to optimise affiliate marketing opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures.
  • Support affiliate team on accrual and payment reconciliation month end processes.

  • Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including commission models, tracking solutions and various affiliate types.
  • Experience with MS Office suite, specifically Excel and Powerpoint and willingness to learn new technology systems.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills and strive to have a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fast learner with strong team orientation and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Accepts and seeks out ownership and accountability of work.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Experience of the affiliate marketing industry with knowledge of CPA and Revenue share and tenancy payment models
