Full Job Description

The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for leading all key agency partners in EMEA. Sitting within the Brand Operations team, you will drive successful agency partnerships including but not limited to establishing resource management tracking content production budgets, and evaluating performance, leading QBRs, and implementing vital trainings. Additionally you will own the evaluation of opportunities to optimize new ways of working, using our latest technology, ensuring the evolving needs of Adobe's marketing efforts are efficiently fulfilled.

What You'll Do:

  • Run the day-to-day operations and administration for Adobe's agency partners, surfacing recommendations to optimize these relationships and the value delivered to Adobe.


  • Support internal Adobe teams by establishing processes and defining standard methodologies when working with external agencies. Serve as a partner to help them write briefs, establish timings, deliver feedback.


  • Implement annual/quarterly business reviews with agency partners to ensure that marketing's evolving needs are met by agency partners


  • Measure agency performance by crafting scalable feedback frameworks for marketing collaborators (scorecards, consistent metrics) to optimize performance and working relationships


  • Support the evaluation of creative and production agency partners for Adobe with a focus on brand-specific needs


  • Lead all onboarding initiatives including essential team member introductions and documentation transfers


  • Liaise with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure successful billing reconciliation and contracting of agency partners, ensure competitive pricing and rates, factoring historical data from the organization


  • Monitor agency partnership at a portfolio level, seek opportunities to enhance the value of the partnership, remove duplicative efforts, and/or optimize the use of agency resources


  • Incorporate industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to agency management


  • Competencies:
  • Strategy: Efficiently implement agency collaborative strategies, establish clear handover processes, and drive new best-practices to move forward top-tier agency support and scalability


  • Planning: Own agency project and resource planning to reinforce marketing priorities and investments, ensuring agency staffing and tech optimization. Prioritize key levers to achieve business objectives and implement relevant procedures to help teams deliver results


  • Leadership: Demonstrate ability do drive initiatives independently, facilitate teamwork, identify opportunities for growth, build strong partnerships with teammates and collaborators, anticipate potential issues and take action


  • Collaboration: Conduct effective resource and talent management, supervise the quality of outputs, work efficiently with various team members, be solution and service oriented, and communicate with clarity


  • Ownership: Exhibit subject matter expertise, establish presence with team, demonstrate strong presentation and written communication skills, own mistakes and work quickly to find solutions

    Significant marketing experience with proven experience in Agency Management or equivalent.


  • Experience in influential leadership, supporting formal RFP/review processes for agencies and strategic partners.


  • Expertise in the tactical components of contract negotiation, billing, and reconciliation to optimize rates and financial accountability in new agency partnerships.


  • Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization leading and inspiring through change.


  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
