This role is focused on our quantitative benchmarking products, which help our clients understand how they compare to others in their peer group, across a wide range of Key Performance Indicators. We work with Financial Services organizations across the UK, evaluating performance and advising senior management on strategy. As a Senior Analyst in our Insurance team, you will have responsibility for a number of highly reputable brands, obtaining accurate and timely data and providing comprehensive analysis of results to deliver clear strategic insight. Forging sound working relationships with our clients, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of their businesses, deepening your expertise as an analyst to the Financial Services Industry. You will use our unparalleled, client-sourced datasets to analyze trends, identify key drivers and create bespoke, actionable recommendations for our clients, assisting with the delivery of client presentations - often to some of the industry's most senior stakeholders. As you progress in the role, you will develop your presentation skills as you will assist with the creation and delivery of client workshops - often to some of the industry's most senior stakeholders. The successful applicant will possess: + Approx. 2 years' experience in an analytical role preferably within the insurance industry + An ability to draw on highly detailed data to construct a clear, concise, logical message + Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for client-facing presentations + Proven analytical and research skills coupled with the ability to work autonomously to strict deadlines + Strong numerical ability and experience working with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using SQL or Python for data analysis an advantage + An inquisitive, self-motivated and highly organized mindset, willing to learn and adapt to range of different opportunities
