Senior Analyst, FP&A

As our Senior Analyst, FP&A, you will help to drive profitable growth for the European business by providing business partnership to all the European Marketing team. The successful candidate will also drive the long-term profitability of the business through business data intelligence, while pursuing opportunities which will deliver profitable growth and thus ensuring delivery against strategic regional initiatives.,

• Establish and improve reporting and KPI systems which allow the marketing team to gain timely insights into the performance of the business.
• Partner with the European Marketing Team to identify opportunities to drive profitable business growth via projects aiming to launch new products as well as restaging existing products
• Deliver against ad hoc requests and projects from a variety of cross-functional business partners, including Global Supply Chain leadership and Country Managers
• Manage the P&L and monthly reporting procedures, providing commentary and insights into the business performance.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the business, partnering with budget holders and presenting the outcomes
  
  Previous experience / knowledge required of our Senior Analyst, FP&A:
• Bachelor s university business degree, accounting qualification or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel / Powerpoint)
• Strong experience of working to deadlines
