Senior Apprenticeship Liaison Officer

The Role: The post holder will be promoting Apprenticeships to local employers and individuals with regards to the Sparsholt college group apprenticeship offer. The post holder will require to develop new apprenticeship standards and to continuously improve the learning experience and achievement of students through effective liaison with employers and by effective networking and tracking of learners' progress. The successful candidate will have a good standard of education including GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent), excellent administrative, interpersonal and communications skills and a strong customer focus. Understanding of the Apprenticeship reform and delivery model requirements would be an advantage.
