Senior ASP Developer

Reporting to the Senior Developer/ Team Lead, the Senior ASP Developer will be responsible for highly complex strategic and innovative solutions with the ability to present and articulate technical executions clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will have significant authority and autonomy to ensure service delivery and quality standards are maintained within the team, requiring development of innovative solutions that will support the trust's Digital Strategy., To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. This means demonstrating a consistent leadership style which (a) engages, enables and empowers others (b) uses coaching to promote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working and collaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries.

Jointly responsible for developing and delivering secure software solutions using both legacy and modern frameworks.

Work within a cross functional team and proactively drive continuous improvement in software, techniques and processes.
