Full Job Description

We earn affection, attention, affinity, and purchase by delivering value to people around the world, with deep specialisms across automotive, sports sponsorship, entertainment & lifestyle, and energy. We are known for:

  • Developing data driven insights and strategies to drive measurable impact
  • Creating impactful campaigns that tap into culture
  • Creating channel and platform agnostic campaigns that grow organically
  • Delivering integrated campaigns that are earned-first but deliver for paid and owned
  • A snapshot of the role: This is a client facing role where you will be exposed to a varied client portfolio and will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile communications campaigns across multiple markets. We are proud to work with the world's largest corporations, companies, and organisations. This role offers you the same opportunity - to work with the biggest and best clients in the world. What will you be doing?
  • Managing multiple digital work streams across various client accounts
  • Developing social media content and assist with content production from concept to execution
  • Supporting influencer identification, coordination and management, including conducting research, maintaining databases and coordinating activation logistics in partnership with our influencer experts
  • Conducting digital and social media platform and advertising research
  • Overseeing digital evaluation and reporting and develop insights
  • Preparing for and participate in client meetings, including accurately capturing notes, agenda action items, call recaps, updating trackers, timelines and status documents
  • Keeping pace with social media / digital industry trends and developments

Previous experience in a similar role at intermediate level
  • Excellent project digital and social skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Should have experience in at least three specialist areas - social listening, paid social, paid search, display advertising, SEO, organic content creation, influencer management and social/digital strategy development.

We create cultural value and help brands navigate the ever-changing age of earned: an age where consumers actively say no to advertising; an age where everyone is an influencer that can make or break your brand; an age where content can be turned into commercial opportunity. Our talented team builds brands by finding connection points in the real world. We energise the right mix of talent, using the right platforms and latest technology to choreograph stories that make a real and meaningful impact for some of the world's leading brands and businesses e.g. AB InBev, Ikea and Princes to name a few.
