Full Job Description

  • Proactively manage own matters: Investigations, Transformation projects (including reorganisations, restructures, outsourcing, etc.) and Litigation.
  • Lead on larger transactions and cases
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Contribute towards business development strategy of the team by supporting campaigns, attending and presenting at client seminars and developing their own contacts within organisations.

    Experienced qualified lawyer from a top rated Employment practice, with experience of working with an international client base and in highly regulated sectors
  • Experience advising on large scale restructuring and outsourcing projects, senior exits and Board level disputes and high value Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Strong academic record and intellectual capability.
  • Good legal skills and a genuine interest in the needs of the client.
  • An ability to think laterally and identify related issues and problems.
  • A confident and professional manner.
