Senior Associate - Technical Claims (Housing Disrepair)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social housing litigation lawyer to work closely with some of the firm's largest clients, provide excellent advice, and develop their career. Our social housing litigation practice is a thriving and fast-growing part of our business, with opportunities to shape the development of the team, grow our client base and make a real difference for our social housing clients.

As a Senior Associate you will supervise members of the team on a variety of housing disrepair, statutory nuisance claims, anti-social behaviour claims and injunctions, possession proceedings and housing related personal injury claims. You will also run your own caseload of interesting, high value, and technically challenging housing litigation.

Working with a number of our dedicated clients, this role will give the successful candidate the chance to be hands on within the role whilst also providing supervisory input to the team.
