Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic audiologist/healthcare scientist to join our audiology team at Manchester Royal Infirmary and Trafford General Hospital. This role is split between adults and paediatrics across the sites. The department is unique in providing all hearing services for adults and children under one management structure and within one hospital Trust. We are located in a purpose built facility with state of the art equipment. The department provides a number of specialist regional and supra-regional services including auditory implantation and attracts complex cases from throughout the region and through our close working with ENT. You will have a particular interest in paediatric audiology and adult audiology. Further training will be provided as needed., Fixed term-12 month Band 6 Audiologist Manchester Royal Infirmary/Trafford General Hospital.

Successful candidates should have a BSc or PTP in Audiology or equivalent levels of training and have peadiatric audiology experience. Experience of working with cochlear implants is desirable.
