- Maintain coffee quality and consistency by dialing in coffee throughout the day.
- Ensure all coffee adheres to company standards, including weighing shots and monitoring roast dates.
- Set up, maintain, and close down coffee equipment safely.
- Uphold cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and support the floor staff.
- Be a brand ambassador, reflecting Gentlemen Baristas' image and reputation.
Has exceptional knowledge of specialty coffee. - Is proficient in using coffee equipment.
- Demonstrates efficiency, independence, and proactiveness.
- Prioritizes cleanliness and follows health and safety standards.
