Senior Bid Manager

We're looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join our project team based in Southampton., As a Senior Bid Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing complex bids in line with client requirements, working collaboratively with our diverse project teams and supply chain.

Your day to day will include:

• Deliver high quality bids that articulate our offer in response to client specific requirements


• Bring together internal and external stakeholders to develop win themes and create industry leading offers in response to client needs


• Agree the win plan and bid programme with the Bid Director


• Lead on developing effective bid win strategies


• Develop and own the bid programme and deliverables schedule
  
  Excellent organisation and communication skills


• A keen eye for detail


• Extensive experience of developing bid-win strategies and delivering high quality bids to deadlines


• Experience of using MS Word, Excel, and InDesign


• Ability to collaborate and manage others
