Are you a seasoned marketer with a passion for developing brand strategy and executing impactful campaigns? As a Senior Brand Manager at Boots Hearingcare, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies and campaigns that strengthen our position in the hearing care industry. You will manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with our business goals, using your expertise in market analysis and consumer insights to create initiatives that resonate with our customers and drive awareness and engagement.,
- Implement strategic marketing campaigns to boost brand consideration and increase hearing test bookings.
- Work with external agencies, cross-functional teams, and partners to create effective media strategies and plans and engaging creative for the full media mix including TV, radio, print, digital and PR
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with Boots Hearingcares overall business objectives.
- Lead market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and understand the competitive landscape in hearing care.
- Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics and insights to drive growth.
- Manage the brand budget and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Proven experience in creating and implementing successful brand strategies, ideally in a retail, healthcare, or manufacturing business. - Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding KPIs to deliver both short- and long-term brand and business benefits.
- Passion for using consumer insights to shape the brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in briefing and managing media and PR agencies to deliver national and regional marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in working with creative agencies to develop radio/print advertising (TV experience desirable), ensuring brand consistency from advertising to in-store point-of-sale.
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex data to drive effective decision-making.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop direct reports within a marketing team, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets, ensuring the best return on investment.
- Minimum of 6 years marketing experience
