Are you an ambitious and skilled marketer, interested in delivering brand campaigns for one of the most beloved brands in the world?

Bring your ambition, creative vision, problem solving skills, and leadership ability to the table and own the development and delivery one of the largest global annual LEGO brand campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and orchestrate the development of the 2025 fall campaign work, ensuring the work is delivering on the campaign objectives & key learnings

  • Oversee ongoing collaboration among a very expansive stakeholder list including channel teams, local marketing teams, and executive leadership.

  • Establish and run the global media planning process, including review and executive sign off of all local media plans.

  • Own and deliver the project scoping and agency brief of the campaign for 2026.

  • Develop and manage the campaign resourcing plan - including budget, integrated team structure, ways of working, and project timeline.

  • Capture and embed key learnings to ensure year-on-year campaign effectiveness and efficiency improvements, in partnership with research and insights colleagues.

  • Meaningfully integrate your work with the other global brand voice campaigns, to ensure the team can present a single, cohesive brand journey each year.

    The Global Brand Voice team is part of the broader Global Brand Development (GBD) team. GBD is responsible for the overall strength and impact of the LEGO brand, globally. Global Brand Voice is responsible for the largest annual brand campaigns: World Play Day, Fall Rebuild the World, and Holiday. This role is focused solely on the fall campaign. It is considered our most creative annual campaign and does not involve any shopper integration or activation.

    This role is a one-year maternity cover. Through the course of this year, you will lead the development and delivery of the campaign for 2025 and kick off the 2026 campaign brief and development.

    The ideal candidate holds proven working experience successfully executing high-profile, integrated brand campaigns, within a large, matrixed organization for a major global brand.,
  • High degree of organization and detail orientation, together with project management skills.

  • Ability to bring order to chaos - streamline multiple concurrent needs into a well-orchestrated plan.

  • Strong communication skills - able to adapt from creative to finance, from VP to project manager, one on one, large audience, written or verbal.

  • Self-starter and resilient mindset- able to take initiative, mobilize others, think "5 steps ahead," and quickly overcome setbacks.

  • Strong balance of "art" and "science" - able to translate business needs into compelling creative ideas, and able to translate creative ideas into feasible resourcing plans.
