Full Job Description

The Asia senior brand executive role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute solid marketing knowledge, expertise and creative thinking to support the brand growth of key hair care brand - Grow Gorgeous. Reporting to Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand marketing strategy planning and KPI deliverables, working with a number of key internal stakeholders and external agencies. You will be highly organised and result driven, bringing your initiatives to lead and drive BAU and brand marketing campaigns to support the business growth.,

  • Brand Strategy: Assist in developing and executing brand marketing strategies to grow market share and ensure consistent messaging. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and create impactful campaigns, track spending to elevate ROI
  • Campaign & CRM Management: Plan and execute marketing campaign initiatives - digital and KOL campaign activations across key social media platforms - Red, Weibo, WeChat, Douyin and brand education events.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality campaigns, and monitor performance metrics ROI and engagement.
  • Product Launch: Work with the product teams to align new product launches with clearly defined brand values and proposition. Implement go-to-market strategies and ensure smooth execution.
  • Brand Communication: Develop BAU social media content strategies across all channels, cascading communication between internal dept and external agencies and business partners, managing social media presence and monitoring market trends
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, track spending, and ensure ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign effectiveness and use data for continuous improvement, focusing on indirect channels
  • Sales support: Provide support on sales strategy and order fulfilment support to indirect POS as and when required

    Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years in brand management or marketing, with Ecommerce experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Asia/China multi-channel marketing landscape, consumer behaviours and key ecommece market places (TMall, JD, Douyin, Red)
  • Strong project management skill with attention to detail, proven track record of developing and delivering effective marketing campaign projects that deliver sales growth
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to manage internal and external relationships to drive desirable results, good copy writing skill is desirable
  • Good data analysis skill, able to interpret and process data insights and translate into actions
  • Creative and result oriented with ability to work under pressure and multitask
