Full Job Description

To work in collaboration with the Head of Strategy & Transformation to develop and deliver the brand strategy, with particular focus to brand awareness and new customer acquisition. To take ownership of the plan to ensure campaigns are integrated across all media and are within budget. To lead and develop a team to work collaboratively and effectively.

  • Lead the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Marketing Manager to create and execute a marketing strategy focused on brand awareness, sales growth, and customer retention.
  • Develop brand strategies to enhance reputation, attract new customers, and support partnerships.
  • Provide operational support to Transformation & Strategy, ensuring marketing activities align with the strategic vision.
  • Manage a marketing team, setting clear objectives and supporting delivery against strategic targets.
  • Implement the marketing strategy across all channels, driving digital marketing innovation.
  • Measure and track key metrics like brand awareness, website clicks, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to accurately and compellingly represent holidays and define brand USPs.
  • Provide strategic updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and performance KPIs.
  • Oversee marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources, aligned with strategic goals.
  • Support various departments with marketing services, ensuring supplier and partner relationships maximize their potential.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and awards as needed

    Proven track record of leading a successful and engaged Marketing team.
  • Strong marketing skills, including brand strategy, campaign planning, ideas generation, branding, PR, online and offline channels.
  • Strong communication skills, experience reporting at a director level
  • Experience of effective budget management.
  • Extremely well organised with a strong attention to detail.
