What you'll be doing
+ Providing a professional and efficient sales service to our customers within SLAs.
+ Delivering telephone and email based customer service, sales and administrative duties.
+ Working alongside Asset Finance Sales Managers, Business Direct and Commercial RMs to develop and nurture referrals.
+ Enabling the delivery of a first-class customer experience and developing those relationships.
+ Contributing to the team's financial performance and achievement of the overall business objectives.
+ Ensuring service quality is of the highest order and helping develop ways to continually improve the service provided.

If you're successful in securing a role with us, there are some checks you need to complete before starting. These include credit and criminal record checks and three years' worth of satisfactory references. If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime, it requires enhanced pre-employment checks - we'll ask for six years of regulatory references, and once in the role, you'll be subject to periodic employment checks.

+ A basic understanding of Asset Finance and/or Banking financial products and services.
+ Excellent communication and listening skills and general ability to impress with your professional manner and actions.
+ Confidence and be able to speak to lots of different types of people in any situation.
+ A flexible working approach to meet customer needs and business demands.
+ The drive to do business, generate sales and meet operational targets.
+ The ability to proactively build relationships and networks.
+ Good numeracy and be comfortable using quoting software to commercially negotiate pricing and structure with our customers.
+ The ability to use a range of software as we use many non-bank and third party systems, and be comfortable with Excel in particular.
It's a bonus if you have but not essential
+ Prior experience of managing customer relationships
+ Knowledge of the Asset Finance industry
