Our Settlements Technology team is at the forefront of supporting our Fixed Income & Currencies business. We are embarking on an ambitious project to transition all Foreign Exchange (FX) flows onto the Calypso platform. This initiative represents a significant leap towards modernizing and digitalizing our settlements technology, ensuring we stay ahead in the fast-evolving financial landscape. Your mission will be to deliver cutting-edge solutions
that streamline and digitalize our processes. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to capture business requirements, define business process workflows, and clarify data needs. You will lead the charge in refining features and stories using an agile methodology, ensuring the scrum team has a clear understanding of business objectives. Your role is vital in bridging the gap between product and delivery teams, facilitating the design of functional solutions, and supporting the scrum team throughout the delivery process. The capability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders at various levels. Proficiency in data manipulation languages, such as SQL, and a solid grasp of data processing techniques. Extensive business analysis experience within the financial or regulatory domains. A track
record of working with distributed teams across multiple time zones, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, and other workflow tools is highly valued, enhancing our team's ability to manage projects seamlessly.
