Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our friendly and forward-thinking Digital Services change team. The team is widely recognised across the organisation for its project management and business analysis expertise and provides a strategic project delivery capability for the University. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a highly collaborative, high performing team and can make a big contribution to the continued success of the team's work. You will lead by example and take an active role in supporting the development of our Business Analysis practice and other Business Analysts at the University. This may include opportunities for line management, mentoring or coaching.

+ Experience of Business Analysis in a large, complex organisation
+ Experience of playing a leading role on a complex, cross-functional project
+ Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills; able to confidently guide them through the challenges of prioritisation, and provide information to support recommended decisions
+ Confidence in navigating the most complex challenges with dedication, passion and an agile mindset

+ £45,163 - £55,295 a year plus £6,000 market supplement
+ Hybrid working (between home & office)
