Full Job Description

We are currently implementing a flexible, hybrid way of working, with a minimum of 8 days per month working on site to enable the collaboration and contact with partners and stakeholders needed to deliver MHRA business. Attendance on site is driven by business needs so depending on the nature of the role, this can flex up to 12 days a month, with the remainder of time worked either remotely or in the office. Some roles will need to be on site more regularly., + Lead on the preparation of the business analysis approach and plan for agreed projects and programs. This could include developing detailed workshop plans and ensuring appropriate time is integrated into the wider delivery plan for consolidating analysis findings into functional requirements.
+ Lead engagement with all relevant stakeholders on the analysis and design for the project or programme. Do this by influencing and managing relationships effectively, ensuring business analysis outputs are captured and agreed by all stakeholders, ensure those in the projects and programmes are positively engaged taking account of their levels of influence and interest.
+ Lead digital and business teams to reach a consensus on an agreed minimum viable product that will reach and attain benefits realisation, ensure the modelling of business processes, data and systems meet these requirements.
+ Ensure the smooth transition of ongoing business analysis activities from the design phase into implementation and delivery of the project.
