Full Job Description

  • Work closely with Platform, Traders, and Sales teams to understand and document business flows and requirements.

  • Question and refine requirements to deliver simple, quality software solutions.

  • Understand complex concepts and be detailed orientated.

  • Convey technical and complex information to non-technical audience.

  • Work within a global team in an agile environment, so strong communications skills are very important.

  • Ability to understand system architecture and high-level technical design.

    The Equities technology team in Citi is seeking a collaborative, detail-orientated business analyst to continue the strategic build out of tooling for the Structured Products business. This is a successful business which is rapidly evolving with increased digitization and high client expectations., Experience working in an Investment bank as Technology Business analyst with markets functional knowledge

  • Experience working in an agile development environment and related ceremonies and best practices.

  • Data modelling.

  • Stakeholder management.


  • Skills desired:
  • Experience with Structured Products or other complex/exotics financial instruments.

  • Experience working with APIs and related tooling such as Postman and Swagger.

  • Basic SQL and exposure to non-SQL database solutions (e.g. Mongo).
