We are currently looking for dynamic individual to join our Change & Transformation Practice as a Business Analysts; delivering key projects across as part of our Front Office change team. As a lead Business Analyst within the project team this role involves reviewing data usage and consolidation amongst different banking entities. This covers Client Data, KYC, Market Data, Reference Data and Organisational Data. The delivery tasks will consist of reviewing requirements, building required solution, testing, and deployment to production. The role:

  • You will undertake detailed analysis on key data elements related to Interest Rate, FX and Repo products and provide expert guidiance to both Technology and Compliance on data flow, to ensure client data is aligned and accurately reaches the specific systems based on the business requirements.
  • Analyse client data, market data and organisation requirements with the relevant teams and applications.
  • Ensure data is accurately represented on outbound feeds as well as end of day reporting.
  • Support other workstreams such as Risk and Operations in understanding CSA requirements, collateral requirements and Risk reporting requirements.
  • Support requirements and TOM for BCBS239.
  • Validate client data requirements across all workstreams.
  • Reconcile, review data on behalf of the business.
  • Ensure client data attributes are captured and processed accurately and interpreted by the other workstreams and systems
  • Work in a co-ordinated manner around go-live activities, ensuring services are transitioned into the live production environment in a manner which is compliant with technology policy and non-disruptive to the business

    To succeed in this role you will need:
  • Have extensive experience working with financial investment products, FX, Repos, Fixed Income.
  • Have worked closely on client data previously
  • A solid understanding and experience of BCBS239.
  • Have worked on client data platforms
  • Have experience of Market data and organisation data applications
  • Exceptional communication skills, being able to converse with a wide variety of stakeholders including department heads
  • Have experience working on documenting testing and be familiar with the various types of technology testing which needs to be undertaken to ensure deliverables are fit for purpose
