Senior Business Development Advsior

South West Durham Training are seeking to recruit a Senior Business Development Advisor who will be responsible for the sales and marketing of all products and services, supporting business development/new initiatives and the engagement of employers to meet contractual obligation.

The successful candidate will be required to possess a minimum of 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent), Safeguarding Level 1 (to be achieved within 6 weeks), Level 2 in Literacy (or willing to work towards within 2 years) and Level 2 in Numeracy (or willing to work towards within 2 years).

Applicants will also have experience of meeting and sometimes exceeding challenging targets, and experience of building good working relationships with customers. This role will include responsibilities within safeguarding and the postholder will be engaging in regulated activity.
