Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Support Executive to join Cancer Research UK Business Operations team. You'll use your exceptional organisation and coordination skills to deliver outstanding operational support to the Supporter Led Fundraising department. You will manage a network of key stakeholders, providing optimal project support with tools, systems and processes, allowing supporter facing staff to maximise fundraising opportunities and deliver a great supporter experience in line with department strategy.
- Working in partnership with other teams across the organisation and within Supporter Led Fundraising to ensure a consistent and seamless experience for all supporters.
- Working with all operational colleagues to ensure operational support is delivered efficiently, enabling the department to deliver its core business activities
- Providing operational support to the Compliance Manager and always adhering to all CRUK data protection and financial policies
- Establishing a key role in the development and streamlining of processes, procedures and documentation for internal staff and external supporter audiences to ensure efficiencies and the best possible supporter journey
- Ensuring department details are kept up to date on all relevant touchpoints and all supporter activity is accurately recorded on our systems to agreed standards and timeframes
- Overseeing department inboxes and internal queries, ensuring trends are acted upon in conjunction with the Business Operations Manager
- Supporting a range of Supporter Led Fundraising and Operations projects to ensure milestones are met by sharing subject matter expertise and knowledge of internal processes, and by managing relationships with relevant stakeholders, Each and every one of our employees contributes to our progress and is supporting our work to beat cancer. - Relevant experience of organisation and coordination, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, manage own workload, and delegate work within a team
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with strong experience of stakeholder management
- Relevant experience of building strong professional relationships with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan effectively, manage multiple activities and deliver to deadlines
- A good understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs is advantageous
