Full Job Description

CPM is looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Activation Executive to join an existing team in Leeds delivering the Asda Sampling and Experiential programme. Permanent position. £29,000 per annum DOE, generous holiday, private medical and more!, This is a fast-paced and dynamic role supporting the delivery of the sampling and experiential programme that we manage for our Asda client. The role requires you to coordinate sampling and experiential campaign activation from brief to implementation, support with project management and administration, own specific processes and look to drive process improvement, and manage relationships with third party suppliers and partners. What you will be doing: Bring Ideas to Life: Take briefs for sampling and experiential activations in Asda, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. You'll be the driving force, making sure everything and everyone is in place at the right time to deliver Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers and partner agencies in relation to delivery of sampling and experiential activations, maintaining stellar relationships that ensure seamless delivery of our activations. Enhance Our Processes: Follow best practices while continuously seeking ways to refine and improve our campaign delivery processes. Collaboration: Join forces with our internal teams across client relations, activation, staffing, and business intelligence to deliver smooth and impactful activations. Organisation: Manage project plans for activities to ensure that tasks are completed ahead of deadlines to keep activities on critical path and manage detail across wider project plans including updating kit lists, timing plans, and risk registers. Experience the Action: Visit stores to see activations in action, working closely with our event managers and brand ambassadors to identify challenges and drive continuous improvement. Commercial awareness: Track activity spend vs. budget on specific campaigns and activations. Support Sales Initiatives: Assist with sampling and experiential-related sales queries, contributing your organisational skills to help drive success. Contribute to Creative Briefs: Help develop inspiring briefs, from ideation to sourcing costs for materials, playing a crucial role in our proposals.

  • Experience in a similar marketing, events, or campaign activation role.
  • A logical thinker with an eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and respond to last minute briefs / requests that are often delivered on a short lead time.
  • Desired:
  • Retail or agency background within shopper marketing preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working within sampling, experiential, brand activation, or events preferred but not essential.
  • A creative flare, while also being pragmatic, and solutions focused would be hugely advantageous in this role.

    Salary: Up to £29K DOE base salary.
