Please come talk to us if you have a positive attitude and would like to help us keep our clients happy and satisfied., The Senior Campaign Delivery Executive will work collaboratively with Business Partners and stakeholders to interrogate briefs to deliver complex creative solutions, aligned to our marketing strategies across multiple geographics., We are a firm of exceptional advisors, working across the globe, in partnership with our customers and clients to deliver them a lifetime of value. Based in our Global HQ at Baker Street, the Marketing and Communications & Digital (MCD) team provides support and assistance for both UK and International Knight Frank offices, in formulating and implementing the relevant strategies and marketing campaigns. Our role is to maximise omnichannel brand impressions that protects and enhance our firm's reputation while generating high quality commercial and residential enquiries, globally.

Knight Frank is looking for an experienced 'Senior Campaign Executive' who will work collaboratively with the Marketing Managers and the delivery team to manage creative briefs through to asset delivery. This candidate will support the teams to deliver complex creative solutions and BAU assets, aligned to the strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring all work is on brand, beautifully executed and delivered on time.

By collaborating with the Creative Services Team on all resource requirements and the Campaign Executives, you will identify the appropriate 3rd party partner to execute and deliver our templated campaign creative and support in the process.

Reporting to the Campaign Delivery Manager, who will be kept updated on all project process, they are constantly looking for more efficient way to deliver assets to the market

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Marketing Managers across multiple geographics to deliver campaigns, events and ensure brand consistency


  • Take the Creative Brief and together with the Creative Delivery Manager, identify the best-placed 3rd party creative supplier, to then guide the creation of the asset(s) through production to launch


  • Use the Knight Frank DAM (Bynder) effectively and accurately to manage workflow and store assets and be a positive champion for DAM governance


  • Use Monday.com to build and manage a project timeline/Gantt which identifies all activities and milestones linked to the progression and delivery of a campaign


  • Proactively identify inputs needed from marketing and business stakeholders, and present back concepts and ideas, agreeing feedback and next steps


  • Liaise with the key channel teams (digital, social, content and events) along with PR and Internal Comms for input and execution, ensuring clear briefing, to move campaign delivery forward


  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring that all creative assets meet both the brand and quality standards expected of Knight Frank


  • Deliver against the SLAs of the department, always completing projects, on time, on brand, and within budget


  • Be responsible for setting up campaign tracking (e.g. UTM, campaign codes etc) and ensuring they are being picked up in the Power BI dashboard for future reporting, working collaboratively with the data team to ensure accurate tracking of all assets


  • Work in tandem with the rest of the delivery and production team to the best practices across either Campaign or BAU templated delivery, this will include ensuring that all assets are available to be used by our global partners across all appropriate channels

    Minimum 2-3 years of experience in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns utilising the full marketing mix


  • Good project management skills with the ability to prioritise and successfully work across a number of projects at one time


  • Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
