Senior Care Assistant

This role as a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare's Aldridge Care Home in Erdington Rd, Aldridge, West Mids presents an opportunity to join a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated team. You will be responsible for supporting and delivering high standards of personal care to residents, while creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment., As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be expected to monitor the wellbeing of each resident, be involved in person-centred care planning, support residents with medication requirements, and undertake staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and health/social care professionals.
