Full Job Description

  • Provide care as detailed in residents' individualized care plans, using a person-centered approach.
  • Support residents with personal care, promoting independence while ensuring privacy and respect.
  • Assist residents with meals in a dignified and respectful manner, maintaining a pleasant and calm atmosphere.
  • Identify and meet the social, emotional, and cultural needs of residents, participating in person-centered engagement.
  • Support residents in utilizing the environment, including outdoor living spaces.
  • Ensure the home is safe and secure throughout the night.
  • Complete and sign all night documentation.
