This is an opportunity to join the award-winning team at Avery Healthcare as a Senior Care Assistant. You will be responsible for supporting the care team in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. The role involves monitoring resident wellbeing, participating in care planning, and providing medication support. You will also undertake staff supervisions and act as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals., As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centered care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals.
