This role as a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare's Butlers Mews Care Home in Rugby offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives every day. You will be part of a supportive, close-knit team that values respect, compassion, and exceptional care. The position involves monitoring residents' wellbeing, implementing person-centered care plans, supporting staff development, and serving as a key contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals., As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centered care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions.
