Senior Care Assistant - Nights

Responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, implementing and evaluating person-centered care plans, supporting with medication requirements, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, 2 years' experience in a similar care environment, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude towards supporting both residents and staff.
