The Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare involves supporting the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role includes monitoring resident wellbeing, involvement in care planning, medication support, staff supervision, and acting as a key point of contact for all stakeholders., Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include: monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development, and acting as a key point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing.
