Senior Care Assistant - Nights

This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare in Stratford-upon-Avon, where you will be supporting the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care to residents. The role involves monitoring resident wellbeing, implementing and evaluating care plans, supporting with medication, and supervising and developing care staff., As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development.
