You will support all the individuals we care for to live happy, healthy, and quality lives through the delivery of exceptional standards and personalised care. As a Senior Care Practitioner at Derwent, you will be an experienced carer holding or working towards Level 3 H&SC. You will also have a genuine passion for people and the desire to ensure that those we care for can live their best lives by being dedicated, thoughtful and reliable.
