Fleetwood Hall Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group, is a modern, 62-bed residential facility located near the beautiful Lancashire coastline. We are looking for compassionate and skilled individuals to join our night team and help us continue to deliver the highest standard of care. As a Senior Care Practitioner at our home, your role may involve: Completing necessary training to stay updated on best practices Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities Administering medication in accordance with care plans and ensuring accurate documentation Offering emotional support and companionship Helping residents lead fulfilling lives, respecting their hobbies, preferences, and abilities Upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety within the care home Taking on senior responsibilities, including staff supervision, appraisals, record-keeping, coordinating with external professionals, and conducting interviews

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a residential or nursing care home A positive attitude and compassionate personality A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, or a willingness to work towards it Proficiency in record-keeping and comfort with technology Ability to remain calm under pressure and guide team members effectively Flexibility to accommodate varying shift patterns based on residents' needs

Hourly Rate: £13.68 per hour, plus a £3 enhancement

  • Hours: 38.5 hours per week (3-4 shifts per week, on a rotating schedule) Shift Times: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM, Free uniform. Free Meals

  • Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our 'Reward Me' app. Flexible pay is available via 'WAGESTREAM'.
