Senior Carer - Nights

As a Senior Carer, your key responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes impacting their care, and ensuring that new needs are met and care plans are updated accordingly. You will also be involved in the person-centered care planning process, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating care plans. Additionally, you will support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
