Full Job Description

Corporate Services includes the following areas of responsibility across our European Real Estate Portfolio:

  • Facilities Management (including Hard and Soft Services) OPEX Contracts

  • Energy & Utilities

  • Furniture and Office Brandings

  • Planned Maintenance Works

  • Workplace Experience (Culinary, Reception and Amenities) Services

  • Print and Print Services

  • Manned Security Services

  • Health and Safety Services

  • European Lease Negotiations and administration (working with legal counsels) Amendments, extensions etc

  • Real Estate Property and Constructions CAPEX Projects


  • This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

  • 5 years experience as a Head of Category leader in multi-national organisations.

  • Facilities Management, Real Estate, Property, and Construction experience is crucial. Other Indirect and Direct category expertise will be beneficial.

  • Experience in Specialist Construction Forms of Contract (including JCT, FIDIC and NEC) and an understanding of the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architecture) Plan of Work Process

  • Advanced level of experience in managing complex suppliers and operating with a range of business models.

  • Project Leadership skills of large and complex Procurement projects.

  • Strong financial and analytical skills, and strong negotiation skills, in complex environments that ensure the best deals and terms for the organization.

  • Contract Management (incl. Managing Specialist Forms of Contracts for Refurbishments/Relocations) ensuring risk compliance to regulations and policies.

  • Ability to make informed decisions that can have a significant impact on the company's supply chain and financial performance.

  • Energy, pace, and an impeccable track record of delivery.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Educated to degree level with postgraduate procurement accreditation preferred (MCIPS or MIIAPS).
