Senior Catering and Conference Services Manager - London

In the role of Senior Catering and Conference Services Manager, your key focus will include:

• Event planning, rooming list co-ordination and BEO details once signed contract has been turned over as 'Definite' by the Sales Team.
• Ensuring high revenue / VIP bookings are handled seamlessly and with extra care and attention to detail.
• Conducting weekly Group Resume meeting and ensure the effective handover of all Group logistics to the Operations teams.
• Supporting planners with their own bookings during challenging periods.
• Assisting with event enquiries as required, primarily focussing on corporate, and supporting social, weddings and short-lead enquiries when required.
• Driving and championing projects relating to developing the events and catering business.
• Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly Catering and Groups revenue goals.

We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level., previous experience within events management in a hotel environment at a manager level
