Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Business Analyst to join our Bupa Health Clinics team (BHC). As Senior Change Business Analyst you will work on business critical and strategic initiatives in partnership with the Clinics Leadership team and business stakeholders to deliver outstanding business and customer outcomes. You will provide support to BHC project and business teams in understanding the business, its operations and practices, together with environmental, market and healthcare industry contexts, to establish cost effective solutions and business change management strategies that enable the business to achieve its ambitions and objectives. How you'll help us make health happen:
- Rigorously explore and analyse business plans, goals and ideas; working these into commercially sound business cases that deliver clearly defined, desirable outcomes
- Partner effectively with stakeholders to translate outcomes into specific objectives
- Identify sustainable and create and manage optimised, efficient delivery plans
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business context of Change initiatives being able to clearly identify and understand the impact on our customers and Bupa
- Provide critical input to the development digital agenda, applying a full business analysis skillset to support the transformation of our digital capabilities across online and mobile channels
- Successfully engage with and work confidently alongside a broad range of internal and external colleagues, at all levels from front line staff to directors and leadership teams
- Demonstrate excellent influencing skills and natural gravitas to drive change across the organisation

- Evidence a background of successful Change delivery within the Healthcare and/or Financial Services industries
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of established Change and Business Analysis methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
- Exhibit considerable drive, enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude; being able to seize the opportunity and cope with high-intensity activity in a dynamic, fast-paced transformational environment
- Be a strong and logical problem solver, able to demonstrate a history of innovative, lateral and creative thinking, and capable of making sound pragmatic decisions
- Be commercially focused, with an intuitive ability to design and deploy highly effective business solutions that deliver good business and customer outcomes
- Be able to understand wider business issues without losing sight of the detail, demonstrating a sound commercial aptitude and broad knowledge of the Healthcare and Financial Services industries in order to contribute ideas on all aspects of the organisation
- Possess extensive experience of working as lead analyst on large & complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
