Senior Change Officer (Internal Applicants Only)

We are looking for an individual with the skills to: To provide project and change management support to ensure the successful discovery, design and delivery of initiatives across the Public Health portfolio To provide advice on corporate change management methodology approaches, standards and requirements to the department project teams sharing best practice advice and guidance where appropriate To support the TU change lead when required with change management capacity on change initiative deliverables e.g., support or lead workstreams within more complex initiatives and programmes,

• Support Change Leads and Senior Leaders in the development, tailoring and maintenance of change management approaches and techniques across their areas of responsibility.
• Develop, maintain and update key documentation including benefits realisation plans, budget monitoring, risk & issue logs, action & decision logs, change control records and other key documents as required
• To manage and facilitate the flow of essential information across the Public Health portfolio by ensuring relevant updates and requests for information are proactively prepared and provided in a timely manner including presenting dashboards regularly to DMT Transformation Board
• Taking ownership of change initiatives across the Public Health portfolio and support the delivery of those by managing against agreed milestones, targets, budgets and quality standards. This includes the upskilling of colleagues
